Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping times
As of right now we only ship to the United States. Your order's shipping time will depend on 2 things:
Your location within the U.S.
The product(s) you've ordered
Different products may ship from different warehouses, this depends on the stock of each product at each location. Your product will either ship from a) Ignite's U.S. warehouse or b) Ignite's international warehouse. To figure out which location your product is currently going to ship from, check the product page - the information is located right above the buy buttons.
Shipping estimates to the U.S. from each warehouse are as follows:
From U.S. Warehouse: 2-5 business days after processing
From International Warehouse: 6-15 business days after processing
If you've ordered multiple DIFFERENT items and they are coming from different warehouses, your entire order may not arrive on the same day. Don't worry though, the entire order will arrive within the aforementioned timeframes. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each of those items. This doesn't apply to an order that just has a quantity larger than 1 of the SAME item, because then they'd be shipping together from the same warehouse.
Shipping costs
You will NEVER have to pay for shipping at Ignite.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Address changes
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to request an address change. We cannot guarantee changes after the order is processed.
